Bunny and I have a new blog. Check it out some time.
Where’ve You Been 8
November 7, 2009People are always asking me about where I’m at, where I’m going, and where I’ve been. Here’s my response:
From the last time I was in Arizona until the next time I was in Arizona, these are all the states I visited in order.
Arizona, North Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona.
For those of you that are more visual I’ve included a map. My travels have been highlighted in dark green.

Since my last ‘Where’ve You Been’ update life’s been a bit crazy. The following is the short story:
Finding work hasn’t been easy so we decided to go back to trucking. Before long we realized getting back into trucking wasn’t going to be very easy either. So I sold most of my worldly possessions and then Bunny and I moved to Florida.
We rented our place in Arizona to family and moved in with my dad and step-mother in Florida. We flew. That’s how North Carolina got so green on my map.
Shorty after getting to Florida we get news that Bunny’s parents were involved in a car accident. They were ok, but they were driving our car that we left in their care. They hit an ice-cream truck that pulled out in front of them after just being stolen.
Finding a job in Florida is even harder than finding a job in Arizona, and living with my step-mother was hell, not to mention our concern for Bunny’s parents, so our stay in Florida didn’t last long. About a month in total.
The day before we headed back I got news that my older niece’s (my younger niece is the one that got shot) ex-boyfriend (father of her youngest son) was shot and killed just the day before. From what I understand he had just recently been making some effort to be a part of his son’s life.
The next day we find ourselves heading west via Greyhound Bus. That explains all the other green states. Oh, and… NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Greyhound sucks! We should have flown, but we felt we couldn’t afford it. I now know I can’t afford to ride the bus ever again. Very hard on the body and mind.
When we get back home our house is still being rented out, so we end up renting a studio apartment. Good times. A few weeks later we get our car out of the shop. It looks good as new, but doesn’t run quite the same anymore. We still have about a year to pay on it.
Anyway, there you have it. That’s why I’ve been missing in action for so long.
Thank you very much, to all of you that attempted to make contact while I was away. I just couldn’t bring myself to do much of anything during my dark hours.
Still working my way back.
Hangin’ Tough On My Blogoversary
October 29, 2009Two years ago today I started this little blog. I was gone for a while, but I’m back again. Still playing catch up and working the bugs out, but I’m definitely back.
In my absence many forgot me, while others never gave up.
For those who hung in there:
Thank you, and I award my “Hangin’ Tough” badge(s) , available in H&A and L&J styles:

For those who would like to jump on the wagon now, I offer the “I’m A Fan” badge(s), of which all are welcome. A simple link exchange would be nice too.
There were a few others that still have me gracing their blogrolls, but their blogs hadn’t been updated in over six months. No hard feelings here, and hopefully no hard feelings there.
Anyway, that’s all I have to say about that.

Show's over folks.
BARACK OBAMA, The President Of The United States Of America
"Has anyone seen my panties?"
"Has anyone seen my rude little pig, er, um, I mean my daughter?"
"Hey, does anyone want to go out after the show for burgers and drinks?"
"Pssst... hey O. J.... you're a piece of SHIT!!!"
"You could be."
