    It is getting hard to find in grocery stores here. I did find a specialty store, we only use blackstrap in the garden and with cooking. Mom made us take a spoon every night before bed, we hated it then!
    Off topic, been gone for ages but still had you in my reader. Awesome content, I’m starting a new blog, closing all the rest. Mind if I reblog some of my favorites found here?
