This is crazy. So many of these brands are what general American people purchase everyday.

Too true. Also crazy are the names of some of them: Holsum, Best Foods, Smart Ones, Nature Valley and Healthy Choice. Tombstone Pizza on the other hand sounds about right. 😉 Thanks for stopping in, eviliciouz, and for taking the time to comment. 🙂

I already avoided all these foods, even without knowing they are linked to Monsanto, because they are all complete garbage. All those name brands use such horrible ingredients. Even things like ‘nature valley’ or ‘health choice’ use healthy sounding names, but if you pay attention to the ingredients, they really aren’t all that healthy.

I never buy the name brands, and always look for the organic brands. Read the labels. It makes shopping take longer, but it is well worth it! Don’t know what an ingredient is? Look it up. That’s what Google is for. My complete boycott of high fructose corn syrup already knocks off a large percentage of the products on this list…

Ever wonder why the US is the ONLY country that won’t label GMOs? Head of the FDA – former Monsanto exec. Head of the USDA – Friend of Monsanto, proponent of GMOs, and as the governor of Iowa proved to be a shill for Monsanto, pushing law after law that gave Monsanto dominant control over agriculture in the state.

Several months ago I found an article that pretty much summed it all up. It turns out that in the Monsanto executive cafeteria, guess what? They DO NOT serve ANY of Monsanto GMO foods!!! Surprise, surprise. They know it’s poison. They won’t even touch it themselves. And yet they do everything to force it down our throats.

Sorry, this is getting long, but I’ve been researching and fighting Monsanto for over 10 years now. Do a search for ‘Millions Against Monsanto‘, and please join the fight to win back our food.

Adimauro, you are welcome to be as long winded as you please, as long as you don’t go off the rails and start talking crazy-talk and backing it up with lack-o-facts. 😉 I went ahead and added a link to your MAM suggestion and bookmarked it for myself. Thank you.

The revolving door between Monsanto and the government is a sad and sick shame. They should make a documentary focusing on that fact alone detailing peoples names, positions/titles, laws passed, their subsequent effects on society, lack of GMO labeling… That little factoid about Monsanto’s cafeteria doesn’t surprise me a bit. Time for everyone to start waking up and voting with their wallets. It’s the only language the government and corporations understand.
