Focusing on two men whose bodies have been trashed by steroids, obesity and illness, this documentary chronicles the rigorous healing path — including a two-month diet of fruits and vegetables — that both attempt in a bid to rescue their health.
Above is the blurb from Netflix, where I watched this film on demand. If you don’t have access to Netflix, try Amazon Prime or some other streaming movie service. If none of those are an option, try checking with your local library. If they don’t have it, request that they get it. Below is the trailer.
If you watched the movie “Forks Over Knives” and enjoyed it, “A Delicate Balance” is a great follow up film I believe you will also like. If you haven’t seen “Forks Over Knives” that’s ok; one movie doesn’t depend on the other. Both are great documentaries well worth watching. If you follow the above link you can watch “A Delicate Balance” online for free. Bunny (my sweet, loving, angel of a wife) and I watched in on Friday, and we both highly recommend it. It is chocked full of information regarding our food, environment and the impact our choices have on both. Below is an extended trailer. Enjoy!
