    Wow, that was amazing and a little scary (especially for his Mom). I just stopped by to say hi and see how you are doing. We are eating vegetarian meals almost every night now. Tonight we had tempeh wraps. Last night quinoa pilaf. Now that I think of it they were actually vegan. I will have to admit to eating a cheeseburger in a restaurant recently. OMG, it was so good but at least I only eat meat occasionally now.

    What part is the scary part you’re referring to??? I’m glad to hear your diets are leaning in a plant-strong/vegan direction; good for all of you. If you’re still going to have meat, when you do, try making it the side dish instead of the main dish. ;)
