I had no idea! Geez….
Exactly! A quickie at the wiki brought up Martin Luther King, Jr’s page, and his page referred me to Loyd Jowers’ page. The third paragraph on King’s page mentions it, but gives little to no detail. Jowers’ page goes into more detail, implicating the Mafia, local, state and federal government agencies. For more information more digging would be needed.
