Where’ve You Been 7

People are always asking me about where I’m at, where I’m going, and where I’ve been.  Here’s my response:

From the last time I was in Arizona until the next time I was in Arizona, these are all the states I visited in order.

Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, Arkansas, Texas, New Mexico, and back home to Arizona.

For those of you that are more visual I’ve included a map. My travels have been highlighted in dark green.

Who’da thunk I’d be back out on the road again so soon.  We (Bunny, my mom, my sister, my grand niece (? my niece’s daughter), and me) left on 10/08/08 and got there (Illinois) on 10/09/08, approximately 24 hours later (two professional drivers, no speeding, a little over 1,500 miles, yeah baby).  We said goodbye to my grandpa on Friday morning (10/10/08).

That night we headed down south (in Illinois, very close to Kentucky) to visit with an uncle of mine.  We spent the night and all of the next day at my uncle’s house.  Then we headed south again.  This time into Kentucky to visit an aunt of mine.  We spent Saturday and Sunday night, and all of Monday at my aunt’s house before heading back home.

We left late Monday night (10/13/08), and got back home late Tuesday night.  We got to visit with a lot of family including my dad.  Perhaps I’ll tell you guys more about that later.

As for the comments being closed on my Bad News post, I’m sorry for the confusion.  I’ll be sure to say “Comments Closed” if I ever have need to do that again.  I’ll talk more about that later too.  Thank you all for your kind words, e-mails, thoughts, prayers and such.
