WARNING!!!
Dog lovers, turn back while you still can.
The following GIF depicts a dog getting a bit
roughed up, so don’t say I didn’t warn you.

As sad as that looks it was just way
too funny for me to pass up.

When I was in the third grade we had a large French poodle. He was on the second story porch one day as I left for school. He decided he wanted to come with me and jumped off the porch. He landed on all fours and didn’t get hurt at all. Hopefully the dog in the video just rolled around a bit and didn’t get hurt either.
I hope that’s the case too. It’s amazing what animals can do and then walk away without a scratch.

Oh crap. I didn’t want to watch…but I couldn’t stop myself. Poor pooch. Like Joan said, hopefully he just rolled enough not to get hurt.
This is precisely why I never have my windows down when the dogs are in the vehicle. I’m sure my Border Collie would leap out of the window after a frickin’ bee if he could.
I tried to warn you, but did you listen? Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
I’m sure he got up and shook it off.

My sister had a border collie. Every time I tried to leave her house it would try to stop me by herding me back into the kitchen. It would snap at my pants, circle me. The damn thing thought I was a sheep. She was a really smart dog though. My sister’s husband would tell the dog to go upstairs and get his slippers. The dog would come down with one slipper and on its own remember to go back and get the other one.
That dog sounds a lot smarter than this one here.

Oh man. Poor dog! I don’t know why the rush of the wind from the open window doesn’t make them afraid to jump out of the windows like that?! It’s strange because some of them are afraid of the vacuum cleaner and hair dryer and stuff but I just can’t figure that out. Anyhoo – hopefully he didn’t get hurt. I’ve finally added you to my reader (actually thought I already had you in there) then realized I was missing stuff.
Howdy Teeni. Yeah, what’s with those crazy dogs? A vacuum cleaner has surely been sent by the devil, but diving out of a moving car just seems like the right thing to do. Go figger. I’m so happy to have you dropping in like this.
A very good ending to a very bad weekend. Thanks.

NOOOoooooooooo! I didn’t turn back (how could I? Anything that says to turn back must be investigated!)
Nooooooooooooooo!
I know it’s terrible, but that thing cracks me up every time I see it. Every time.
